Bring the ocean to your classroom! Mote Marine Laboratory offers live, interactive science programs over H.323 videoconferencing (Polycoms, Tanberg,etc.). We are expanding our delivery to Skype. If you are interested in pilot-testing this, contact Jason Robertshaw, jrshaw @ mote dot org.
We begin pilot-testing in January, 2012. Our first Skype pilot programs will be for K-2 classrooms and will feature the story Sid the Squid. You can see an example of a similar program on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-S83wuG6_8Q
